My background in real estate investing, construction, property renovation, and inspection gives me a practical perspective that goes beyond the surface of a home. 

I’ve renovated severely distressed properties, worked through complex property conditions, and helped Buyers and Sellers navigate everything from move-in-ready homes to properties requiring careful evaluation and strategy.

As a Realtor, I use that experience to help Buyers better understand the properties they’re considering and help Sellers identify opportunities, address potential concerns, and position their homes effectively for the market.

As a Loan Officer, I help Clients explore and understand their financing options while navigating the home loan process throughout the state of Florida. 

Most importantly, I believe every Client deserves clear communication, practical guidance, and personal attention – and is NEVER simply another transaction.

My real estate and mortgage services are operated independently, and separately, I do not act as both the Realtor and Loan Originator for the same Client or transaction.
